Transdaksh Packers and Movers have certain terms and conditions to be followed by you when you use our services. The terms and conditions are:
Transdaksh Packers and Movers or its representatives will not be responsible for any kind of damages or loss of your goods due to any natural calamities, unforeseen accidents, fires, riots, or sabotages. Therefore, to avoid such losses, we advise you to insure your shipments to avoid risk.
Transdaksh Packers and Movers do not undertake electrical, carpentry, or plumbing work. If needed, we will provide those depending upon the availability of the relevant staff with extra charges.
Transdaksh Packers and Movers bear the risk of your goods, but there is no insurance policy and no receipt from the insurance company will be given.
Transdaksh Packers and Movers provide storage facilities to our customers at a lower rate. However, for loading, unloading, and local delivery, we charge extra.
“Quotation” or Estimate” means the no obligation contract between the Company and the Customer on the mutually agreed terms and conditions.
“Customer” means the person contracting with the Company to provide the Services, whether or not he is the owner of the Goods, or Fixtures.
Work undertaken as a result of this quotation will be done on the basis of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Multiple pick-ups and deliveries are not included except as specified. While every care is taken during the packing, transit risks should be covered by insurance. In the absence of insurance cover, the goods are deemed to be self-insured by you.
